All models and other persons that appear in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of all material.  This site contains no sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D).

All material displayed on this website is exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity.

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created.

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all models located within our domain were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. All models' proof of age is held by photographer. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations.

Copyright Policy

I have a zero tolerance copyright policy and will typically go after anyone that violates copyright laws with a vengeance. This gallery and all my images anywhere on the web I choose to display them are protected by copyrights laws. The copying, editing, publication and/or reproduction of any images of this gallery are not allowed without my permission. This includes use for stock, reference, website wallpapers, photomanipulations or reproduction of any kind. ALL artwork in my gallery are original and finished pieces.

Of course, I am available to create commissioned photos that would be created especially for the requester/client to use. Some images on this site may be licensed depending on use and fees discussed
